PRODUCTION OF AUGMENTED REALITY APPLICATIONS WITH VISUAL PROGRAMMING

More complex ideas for AR apps can be implemented only by programming. Fortunately, the visual programming language Bolt was integrated into Unity in 2021 which means that knowledge of the text-based programming language C# – which is still used by developers – is no longer mandatory.

On the first day of this training, we will use Bolt in Unity to explain basic programming concepts such as statements, variables, control structures and methods, which you will internalize right from the start through small exercises.

On the second day, we will focus on specifics of AR development using Unity, Vuforia and Bolt enabeling us to develop individual AR apps that do not only offer standard functions.

Next date: 24./25.03.22, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: Course language ist German. This training requires knowledge of the Unity editor. We recommend that you bring your own project ideas and materials, but they are not a requirement.
